Hey, my notifications say I have a pm from dei but when I go into my private messages there is nothing there

If you've already deleted the message then the notification still does not vanish, you have to delete that seperately. Also please note that there are 3 boxes in which you send/recieve messages. Please make sure you are using the correct one.
